Turn Up and GO works by combining a number of routes to form a high frequency service. There are two Turn Up and GO corridors in Launceston, operating between 8am and 6pm weekdays.
- Every 10 minutes between the City and the University via Inveresk, Invermay & Mowbray Shops (in each direction).
- Every 15 minutes between the City and Kings Meadows Shops via the Hospital (Charles St), Wellington St & Six Ways (in each direction).

Bus stops in the corridors which are serviced by Turn Up and GO are easily identified by the Turn Up and GO logo. Major stops have plinth infrastructure allowing for more detailed service information, including route maps.
